For years, folks asked for an Indian-style sit-down eatery in town, and since New Maharaja opened its doors just over a year ago, there are some new asks! Topping the list is a place with waterfront dining in downtown Eau Claire. To be honest, it’s surprising no one has hopped on this. Let’s go, restaurateurs! The runner-up request is for a rooftop bar and grill in downtown Eau Claire. While The Dive satisfies pizza and drink requests, Eau Claire is in need of a full-scale bar and grill perched up on a roof. Come one, think of the sunset view!!
