Cowboy Jack’s Bourbon Burger includes one half pound beef burger providing unrivaled flavor, juiciness, and tenderness. The burger is topped with homemade bourbon mayo, bacon, cheddar cheese, and a bourbon brown sugar glaze, topped with lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles. Served with kettle chips, upgrade to French fries, tater tots, or sweet potato fries for an additional $2.


Made specially for Burger Week, this burger is made with 2 quarter pound smash patties cooked in our secret sauce and onions, then smothered in creamy American cheese. Finally, it’s topped with a house sauce and deep fried pickles.


A burger week exclusive, this is a 1/2 pound certified angus beef patty topped with a split Italian sausage, our homemade marinara sauce, sliced mozzarella and shredded parmesan cheese, served on a potato bun and toasted with our parmesan garlic spread. Plus, it’s served with a side of fries.


One of Eau Claire Ale House’s many specialties, this delight of a burger starts with a fresh, never frozen patty then is covered with gooey pepper jack cheese. Stacked of it all, you’ll find perfectly cut bacon and onion rings, which are then all covered in a sweet whiskey glaze.
