Menomonie-based tattoo artist Melville Georgakopoulos (@chilidog_art) transformed the exterior of sustainable flower and gift shop Hive & Hollow (224 N. Dewey St., Eau Claire) last fall with an enigmatic floral mural, thanks to the North Barstow Business Improvement District Board’s Beautification Grant. Speaking of florals, gaze at the sea of 9,000 lavender blossoms and enjoy the new mural at Pondview Lavender Farm (3735 Highway 29, Chippewa Falls), which was painted by SLC x WC Murals - a collaborative effort between sisters Shawna Stanley and Jenna Wood, based in Chippewa Falls and Menomonie respectively. No. 3 goes to “A Legacy of the Arts in Menomonie, Wisconsin” at the Rassbach Heritage Museum (1820 John Russell Road, Menomonie).
