Scenic Shore 150 Bike tour

The Scenic Shore 150 Bike Tour is a two-day, 150 mile bike ride in support of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS). Starting in Mequon, WI and finishing in Sturgeon Bay, WI, riders cycle along Lake Michigan’s shoreline and enjoy a volunteer supported route with rest stops, bicycle support, meals, and other amenities.

Antique Fire Truck Show

View ten antique fire engines and equipment from the 1930s to the 1960s on the front lawn, including CVM's own 1931 Seagrave engine. Cool off in the museum and enjoy an exhibit scavenger hunt and a special firefighting artifact display. Stop in the ice cream parlor for a cold treat. Presented by the Chippewa Valley Chapter of the Society for the Preservation and Appreciation of Antique Motor Fire Apparatus in America.

The Monster of Phantom Lake: The Musical

Five teens go camping near Phantom Lake, where a shell-shocked ex-soldier has been transformed into a revolting monster by atomic waste. As the teens go missing, a professor and his beautiful graduate assistant work to stop the creature before it is too late in this campy stage adaptation of a "drive-in theater"-style monster movie. Enjoy a musical score packed with catchy tunes inspired by classic musicals, 1950s rock-n-roll, and vintage science fiction in this world premiere at the Mabel Tainter.
