Hillcrest Parkway), the classic comfort-food joint beloved for breakfast, soup, and so much more. Second-place goes to Cowboy Jack’s (1432 Front Porch Place) with its fun atmosphere, ample menu, and stellar views. Rounding out the list is the venerable Draganetti’s Ristorante (3120 E.
