In second, Egg Rolls & More at the Altoona VFW (1419 Lynn Ave., Altoona) brings a fresh twist to tradition with their bold fusion flavors and satisfying crunch. Egg Roll Express Food Truck rounds out the top three, bringing their signature egg rolls to the Downtown Farmers Market where they’ve become a Phoenix Park favorite. –Jen Ekblad
