The Chippewa Valley values its health. Honest! Just look at our awards for best local foodstuffs. Olson’s Ice Cream, made in Chippewa Falls and sold throughout the Valley, is packed with protein, and sometimes fruit! Chip Magnet Salsa, which calls Banbury Place in Eau Claire home, is, like, ALL vegetables. If you consume it with a ton of tortilla chips, that’s on you.
