Celebrating art is nothing new to the Valley. Making the dream possible, Artisan Forge Studios (1106 Mondovi Road, Eau Claire) features not only more than 40 local artists but makes the viewing experience even more enjoyable with a coffee and chocolate shop. In second place, the Pablo Center (128 Graham Ave., Eau Claire) includes three galleries for visual art. And the L.E.
