The Chippewa Valley Theater Guild has claimed the #1 spot for Best Local Play for the second year in a row thanks to its fall production of All My Sons which showed from Nov. 3-13 at Eau Claire’s Grand Theatre. The show is set in 1946 and based on a true story, the award-winning play tells the story of a successful businessman who may have done a grievous thing during the war. The Eau Claire Children’s Theater snagged both second and third place, the former being The Hobbit – an ECCT production that also placed in 2020 – and the latter being The Outsiders.  –McKenna Scherer
