We hear you, Chippewa Valley. We’re sick of everything on this list, too. I mean, what city doesn’t have a major, Grammy-winning hometown musician (a.k.a. Bon Iver) who reinvests tons of money back into the community, even if the music they make is a little out of the mainstream? And, yawn, please tell us more about our major regional shopping center which has been a significant economic driver for decades, even if it has recently suffered the losses experienced by most our nation’s malls. And, yes, we are now home to the Pablo Center at the Confluence, which transformed a neglected corner of town into a notable attraction that will host local and national guests for generations.
