Three-time first-place winner Mike Howard of Chippewa Falls captures the beauty of the Valley with long-exposure shots to create soft, idyllic images of nature. Tina Ecker impresses locals with her evocative and eerie images of graveyards and other locales. (Last fall she worked with Volume One to showcase several spooky spots.)
