While also delivering beautiful bluegrass melodies, Them Coulee Boys have made themselves known as a Chippewa Valley folk powerhouse. And while Them Coulee Boys have been well-known for years, Spencer Douglas is still in high school but is achieving musical heights well beyond his years.
