A childhood favorite of many, the Irvine Park Christmas Village in Chippewa Falls won the best holiday season event by an absolute landslide. There’s nothing quite like driving through the twinkling lights on a brisk evening, eager for the end of the path to read the holiday stories. Also in Chippewa Falls, the Bridge to Wonderland Parade was next —  a favorite for its amazing musical floats, free hot chocolate, and Santa and Mrs. Claus appearances. Snagging third place was Let it Glow! and the Clearwater Winter Parade in Eau Claire, an event that includes a lighting ceremony and fireworks. — Catey Leonardson
