The Eau Claire Children’s Theatre grabbed the top two spots with its productions of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in July and Cinderella in November. The former is one of the most entertaining and popular ECCT shows of all time, and the latter was the first from them to be held at the new Pablo Center at the Confluence. The Chippewa Valley Theatre Guild’s Fun Home was that group’s first production at the Pablo as well, was an intense story exploring the main character Alison’s realization of her own sexuality and how that fits into her relationship with her father. — Catey Leonardson
