A barefoot cardio-dance, wellness practice that blends diverse, energizing music with easy to follow choreography.

Classes are on Mondays at 9:45 and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Begins the week of June 3rd and runs through the week of September 16, excluding the week of July 4th and Sept. 2nd.
