Best Restaurant for the Whole Family

Nothing says “family-friendly” quite like Altoona Family Restaurant (2000 N. Hillcrest Parkway, Altoona), with homemade comfort food and a hot cuppa’ joe. Randy’s Family Restaurant (1132 W. MacArthur Ave., Eau Claire) took second place with its fan-favorite milkshakes and warm pudding. Cancun Mexican Grill (four Chippewa Valley locations) took third for mouthwatering cheese sticks, chicken tenders, chicken quesadillas, and queso. –Rebecca Mennecke
