If you’re looking for a fix of bold flavors, fresh recipes, and mouth-watering meals, look no further than locally owned Egg Roll Plus (1611 Bellinger St., Eau Claire). Their pho is divine, their fried rice is rich with flavor, and there’s simply nothing better than their larger-than-life egg rolls, fried to a crisp and dunked in some sweet and sour. Coming in second, the menu at Shanghai Bistro (2930 Craig Road, Eau Claire) is overflowing with good stuff, from their limitless sushi options to killer entrees. If you need some spice in your life, get the Drunken Noodles and keep a glass of water nearby. Missing second place by a single vote(!) is Ninja Japanese and Chinese Restaurant (405 S.
