Repeatedly voted Best Restaurant for a Fish Fry, 4 Mile Restaurant & Bar (S5786 Highway 37, Eau Claire), serves beer-battered cod and walleye, as well as baked cod with either cajun or lemon pepper seasoning. The runner up, Girolamo's Court’n House Bar & Grill (113 W Grand Ave., Eau Claire), is packed on Fridays for its Icelandic cod fish fry.
