For the fifth time in seven years, Irvine Park and Zoo in Chippewa Falls has taken the No. 1 spot as the Chippewa Valley’s favorite public park. Irvine Park is known for its annual Christmas Village light show during the winter, as well as attractions such as the zoo, rumble bridge, cave, and much more. Phoenix Park in Eau Claire is a reliable option for watching the sunset over the Chippewa River, reading a book on a perfect fall day, or enjoying lunch from a neighboring takeout place.
