If there’s one thing we can get behind, it’s a fun night out that’s light on the wallet. We like to put our money where our mouth is, which y’all have seemed to notice, as the Volume One Sounds Like Summer Concert Series (Thursday nights in Phoenix Park) takes the gold in this year’s poll for the ninth straight year. Coming up in second place is the family-friendly Irvine Park (Chippewa Falls) and Tuesday Night Blues at Owen Park (First Ave., Eau Claire) finishing in third place. —Parker Reed
