K, Fall Creek) comes in first place with its 9 miles of beautifully groomed skiing trails with plenty of maps and navigational signs. Tower Ridge Recreation Area (955 S. 82nd Ave., Eau Claire) is a crowd favorite, with its 12 miles of wooded trails, rolling terrain, and challenge options for all levels. In third place is Lowes Creek County Park (5238 S. Lowes Creek Road, Eau Claire) with 250 acres of beautiful trails that loop the banks of a trout stream. –James Johonnott
