For the eighth consecutive year, the Eau Claire Marathon crosses the finish line first in the race to be the Valley’s Best Run/Walk, looking positively fresh despite hoofing it 26.2 miles. Right behind you’ll find the Festival Foods Turkey Trot in all its feathered, Thanksgiving glory. RCU’s Rock the Riverfront Featuring the Charity Classic wins bronze for its fun and philanthropic summertime races. –Tom Giffey
