58 years ago, Ervin L. Smith and his wife Louise founded a new company to serve HVAC customers in the Chippewa Valley with a friendly voice to receive your calls.

From the beginning, Erv and Louise built their business on honesty, genuine care, and the value of customer relationships. Today, led by 2nd, 3rd, and 4th generation descendants the tradition continues with the same philosophy as their beloved founders, a way of doing business passed down and understood by everyone of them.

Over many years of listening to their customers’ needs, their offerings have expanded to include Residential, Commercial and Industrial HVAC design, installation, maintenance and service, Metal fabrication, manufacturing, and processing and Fireplace design, installation, maintenance, and service. When interacting with their valued customers they are very aware that each of them becomes the face of this recognized tradition as they all work to exceed their customers’ expectations and live up to their belief “Because We Care…Our Customers Become Our Friends”.
