2009: Sand Castle Contest Invades Altoona

On Monday, Sept. 7 (2009) at Lake Altoona Beach, the Ski Sprites hosted their first-ever Sand Castle Contest, staged as part of the Sprites’ final 2009 show and fundraiser event. About five teams competed in the contest.
