Some singers possess voices that instantly tell you they are destined for musical greatness. Aliana Sigala, who spent time growing up in Eau Claire and who attended UW-Eau Claire for a time, is in possession of such a voice, and along with her brother Sergio, she performs as Naalia, wowing crowds wherever she goes. Micah Ryan and Spencer Douglas are both Eau Claire singer-songwriters who learned their craft from a variety of local schools, choirs, and theater productions, not to mention larger state-wide musical endeavors. Each has their own sound, but their guitar skills and easy appeal make them favorites amongst Eau Claire’s next generation of performers. – Eric Rasmussen
