A local produce company that practices sustainable soil agriculture, and doesn't use pesticides or herbicides. Their produce is available for retail at Down to Earth, and wholesale orders are available. Mushroom varietals, basil, and salad mix are available year round with more produce seasonally.

A "worm-tilled" farm with a focus on remineralizing soil and earth-healthy growing techniques to make nutrient-dense food. A 16 week CSA with a growing season features 50+ different types of vegetables, and provides inspiration for what to do with some of the rarer species.

Organic meat producer that offers local pickup or shipping. A number of boxes include hamburgers, filet mignons, ribeyes, New York Strip steaks, beef roasts, tips, soup bones, and much more. Chicken available on a waiting list, and pork available in winter.

A 16 week CSA with large or small boxes available weekly or bi-weekly. Includes a variety of vegetables, and occasional baked goods. They also offer 1/2, 1/4 or full beef shares. They sell canned vegetable goods, and can also grow specific crops on request.

Fresh meats with local delivery, an on-farm store, or local pickup. Featuring dry aged beef, pastured pork, pastured chicken, and eggs. Packing nearly any cut you can imagine. They also sell bulk pork by whole or half, and bulk beef by whole, quarter, or half.

Fall Creek

Square Roots practices sustainable, chemical-free farming. Their summer share goes for 18 weeks, offering 6-12 different vegetables from June to October, with small or large boxes available. Their fall share starts when the summer share ends, and lasts through Nobember, containing 25 pounds of root vegetables.

Providing fresh, local, organically grown produce to the Valley for 20+ years. They farm without tilling or synthetic chemicals. Their boxes are custom packed, so you choose what produces goes in, from 75+ different types of produce. Their CSA boxes last from May through October.
