Time to Paw-ty! Humane Association Hosts Second Annual Cat's Meow Masquerade
fundraiser aims to support Eau Claire County Humane Association
Let the good times roll – Mardi Gras style – with the Eau Claire County Humane Association’s second annual Cat’s Meow fundraiser, slated for 5:30-9pm on Thursday, Oct. 14, at Wild Ridge Golf Course.
Guests can expect a night slam-packed with live entertainment, food, drinks, a silent auction, raffles, and more. Some of the prizes up for grabs include various intricate works of art, pet packages, tickets to Pablo Center events, evening-out packages, and even an aviation tour that will give winners a bird’s-eye look at Eau Claire.
Guests will have the opportunity to mingle with one another, learn more about the shelter, view photos of adoptable animals they’re supporting, dance, and bust out a sweet Mardi Gras outfit at this paw-some event! On top of a night full of fun, 100% of the proceeds from ticket sales and revenue will benefit the shelter over the coming year.
“I encourage people to come to the event not only to have fun, but to have fun while also supporting the shelter and the hundreds of animals we take care of,” said Shelley Janke, executive director of the humane association.
Wondering how you can attend this event? The ECCHA has 250 tickets available for pre-order through their donation website for $75 a person, covering the live performance and free food, so act fast before they’re gone.
