A new era is dawning for Icon Realty in the Chippewa Valley. Katherine Lillie, the driving force committed to doing real estate intentionally, is celebrating the official launch of Icon Realty as a brokerage.

For Lillie, this means the business will operate as a brokerage designed to prioritize conversation and planning before contracts are written. In real estate systems which reward speed, efficiency and volume, Icon Realty stands apart and remains committed to ensure both buyers and sellers feel centered in what most enhances their sense of individuality.

“I opened my own brokerage because the model I wanted to work within didn’t exist here,” Lillie said. “I built Icon Realty to prioritize the human experience for both clients and agents.”
