On the cusp of the new year, a familiar face in the Chippewa Valley is stepping into a new space – their own business. As of Dec. 10, local Realtor Courtney Kneifl is also a small business owner, launching Luxe Realty with a simple, genuine mission: to meet people where they’re at.

Having lived all throughout the northern half of the nation thanks to a military family upbringing, Courtney landed in the area with her parents, then settled in Fall Creek with her husband and children. With a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, she imagined being a lawyer – and then fell in love with real estate.

From the start, Courtney approached the real estate environment differently than some of her peers. Not born and raised in the Chippewa Valley, her network was built by making one-on-one connections with locals, and with Realtors outside the area who offered a unique perspective on growing professionally.

She earned her broker license as soon as she was able to – after two years working as a Realtor – and spent her first three years with Edina Realty. Learning the ropes from experienced professionals, Courtney soon realized she was all-in on real estate, and this community.

“I don’t do anything less than 200%,” she said. “But in a larger brokerage, you can only offer your clients a specific selection of services. I wanted to break out on my own, my intention to really do things differently by meeting people where they’re at.”

"Even with the name 'Luxe,' I want that to speak to the level of service clients will get with me."

Perhaps the most unique offering of Luxe Realty is its marketing strategy. Courtney has found great success by not only prioritizing her clients and their properties, but by creating custom marketing plans for them as well. Her walk-through videos of her clients’ properties reach anywhere from 25,000-50,000 views each. Taking that engagement a step further, Luxe Realty’s marketing approach includes targeting location and demographic, showing specific properties to the right people.

As an independent brokerage, Courtney – founder of Luxe Realty and its one-woman team, for now – is also able to give her full attention to her clients. There is no other business or in-house competition she works with, and that won’t change, even when she grows her team in the new year.

“When you sign with Luxe Realty, you are my priority. You have my full attention with residential listings,” she said. “Real estate can be hard to approach because some people will meet real estate agents and feel like they’re just trying to be sold something. When I meet with someone for the first time, that is truly not my goal – it’s simply a consultation.”

Alongside residential real estate, commercial real estate is certainly in Courtney’s wheelhouse as well. Unique from other brokerages is Luxe Realty’s partnership with Trillium, which extends a client’s network to include both Courtney and the Trillium team.

"I would love to help twice as many families as I did last year, so about 80 families. To be part of making someone's dream come true, that's everything."

“Even with the name ‘Luxe,’ I want that to speak to the level of service clients will get with me,” Courtney said. “You should feel so catered to when we work together, and know that it is not just a transaction. The journey will be smooth, even as you make a big personal decision with buying or selling.”

After spending years moving from place to place every few years and never having the opportunity to plant roots in a community, the Chippewa Valley has offered Courtney the thing she was missing: a community to belong in, and to give back to. Perhaps that personal tie is key to Luxe Realty’s foundation, and why it will move differently than the rest.

Heading into the new year, Courtney’s goals for 2025 are clear: Help more families achieve their goals, whether it be finding a new home, investing, or landing a commercial space. “I would love to help twice as many families as I did last year, so about 80 families,” she said. “To be part of making someone’s dream come true, that’s everything.”

Whether you are looking to buy or sell right now, within the next six months or year, or are browsing, Courtney is just a phone call away. Reach out to set up a consultation meeting and chat about your goals, timeline, the market, and more. Find what you’ve been missing today, with Luxe Realty.
