Prepare to be Pampered at GloBeauty Oasis
this new hair spa is not your usual salon experience
Tucked in a studio in Valley Commons (formerly known as Artisan Forge), GloBeauty Oasis offers a unique, relaxing hair spa experience with optional add-ons including facials, blow outs, makeup application, and more.
Chante Grant opened GoBeauty Oasis in December 2024, and was a little nervous to bring a new service like a hair spa to the Chippewa Valley. Then, she went for it; she took the leap, wanting to offer a truly pampering experience for those in the area. Soon after opening, appointments quickly filled, with feedback including, “It’s just a nice, relaxing, and pampering experience for girls and guys.”
A hair spa isn’t your typical salon experience. When you think of a spa, you may think of body massage, facials, and a soothing atmosphere and space. In general, a hair spa is those things too, but it’s specifically for your head.
The GloBeauty Oasis hair spa experience includes a scalp analysis, multiple cleanses, and a deep conditioning treatment with steam. During the session, Chante says, “You get the full scalp massage and then we use different massage tools and techniques to help stimulate your hair follicles and promote blood flow which helps hair growth.”
Chante offers 60- and 90-minute treatments. Both services offer similar experiences, with the 90-minute treatment allowing for more massage, hair play, and deeper relaxation. Chante said clients should not come with freshly washed hair, as that will allow her to better assess the true condition of the scalp and tailor her treatment to your hair type.
Chante also offers hair play and scalp massage sessions for relaxation without the wash. “I figured people would want to come in if they were on their lunch break, so this treatment is basically just dry brushing and scalp massage.”
