Boyd Park

1202 Fairway St., Eau Claire

Boyd Park provides access to the Eau Claire River. People can partake in some shoreline fishing. There is also a pedestrian bridge that crosses the river granting access to city recreational trails on either side of the river. During the winter season enjoy a great outdoor rink with hockey nets and a useful warming house. Open 4-8pm during the week, and 1-9pm on weekends. Basketball hoops, fishing, hockey rink (snowbanked), skating rink, nature trails, parking lot, picnic area, picnic shelter, play equipment, recreational field area, scenic views, shelter house, soccer, toilet facilities and prairie area. 7.2 Acres.

Boys & Girls Club Summer Program

Full day summer registration includes: Certified Teachers, Daily Meals including breakfast, lunch and 2 snacks daily, Field Trips, Park Adventures, Arts & Crafts, Performing Arts, STEM, Team Sports and more. Serving grades 3rd - 12th.

Camp Birch Trail for Girls

Birch Trail Camp for Girls, located in beautiful NW Wisconsin is a traditional camp for girls. They offer a large variety of land and water sports, climbing, wilderness trips, crafts, drama, horseback riding and much more. Birch Trail also has one of the country’s premier wilderness tripping programs.

Camp Eagle Ridge hosts campers of age 7-17 for camps of 1-7 weeks in lengths, with over 40+ outdoor and nature based activities. There is a strong focus on traditional summer camp full of love, laughter and amazing activities AND a rich environment full of opportunities to practice leadership skills.

For 100+ years camp Manito-wish has developed the character and strengthened the leadership skills of campers. Offering a summer camp for boys and girls entering 5-10th grade, wilderness trips for teens, year-round leadership opportunities, and a family camp in August.

A camp for boys located in the Northwoods of Wisconsin on the shore of beautiful Lake Nebagamon. Campers decide what activities to participate in, including fishing, sailing, rowing, windsurfing, canoeing, athletics, sports, music, mountain biking, nature lore, climbing, photography, archery, cooking, and more.

Aplace for your child to grow and learn and on their own two feet with the guidance of a trained Camp Counselor. Camp Pepin features traditional camp experiences, and specialized camps like fishing, sailing, and farm life. Activities include canoeing, sailing, ropes course & zip line, climbing walls, fishing, and plenty of time in nature.

Camp Woodland for Girls

An overnight camp for girls ages 7-16 years old, located in Northern Wisconsin, near Eagle River. Activities include sailing, marksmanship, creative arts, gymnastics, horseback riding, outdoor adventure, performing arts, swimming, tennis, tutoring, and water sports.

Carson Park

101 Carson Park Dr, Eau Claire

One of the more historical parks in the Upper Midwest. Carson Park in Eau Claire contains three major attractions, the Paul Bunyan Logging Camp, the Chippewa Valley Museum, along with Eau Claire's baseball stadium. The Eau Claire Express became the newest tenant of Carson Park in 2005. During the winter season Carson Park offers cross-country skiing with several shorter, groomed trails perfect for beginners looking to stay away from steep grades.

Carson Park Train Rides

Carson Park, Carson Park Dr., Eau Claire

Enjoy a scenic half mile minature steam- and gasoline-powered train ride located in Eau Claire's Carson Park, presented by the Chippewa Valley Railroad Association. Opens May 30th, and runs on Sundays throughout the summer from noon until 5pm. Additional days: July 4th and September 5th.
