It’s time to party! Whether you’re an attendee or a party planner for your home or office, party time means busting out the festive shrubbery, glitter, games, and all sorts of fun stuff. Whether you’re short a place setting, a table, or a table runner, these local businesses are ready to help you put together the best shindig since summer.

Briggs Tent & Party Rental

Briggs Tent & Party Rental (3350 Horlacher Lane, Eau Claire) provides tents, tables, chairs, lighting, and linen decoration for events. They accommodate all sizes of events, from 30 to 500 guests. During the holiday season, they mostly provide tables, chairs, and decoration for indoor venues. According to Roger Briggs, owner and president of Briggs Tent & Party Rental, the business goes above the typical rental work and work personally with their clients. They work hard to meet the needs of their clients and match them with the look they are after.

50-50 Factory Outlet

50-50 Factory Outlet (3315 State Road 93, Eau Claire) is a party store that has just about anything, from party planning to wedding planning to houseware items. This store is the definition of variety. It has a little bit of everything, and it is always changing. Gingerbread themed items will soon be available for the holiday season. Other popular items for Christmastime are nature-themed, with birds and flannel patterns giving them a cozy winter feel. They’re also a hot spot for inexpensive holiday and greeting cards.

According to Lisa Michalek, the store’s operations manager, it is rare to go to 50-50 Factory Outlet and not find what you want. They are a small location and because of that, they are able to offer one-on-one assistance. Michalek takes pride in their personalized service.

Michalek said that her favorite part of the store is the balloons: “There is nothing that puts a smile on someone’s face like a bouquet of balloons!” she said.
