Grizzly’s limited-time Sweet Heat Bloody Mary is topped with ones lice of maple bacon, a spicy chili shrimp and pineapple skewer smoked sausage, boneless chicken wings, a standard skewer with a pickle, olive, and pepper jack cheese, and to top it off, a sugar donut. How many times can we say “bacon,” Bacon?

Milwaukee Burger promises a next-level hotness with its Bloody of the Month, The Flamin’ Hot Bloody. Featuring jalapeño-infused vodka, its then piled high with a standard MBC skewer, two mini buffalo chicken wraps, boneless inferno-tossed wings on a skewer, jalapeño poppers on a skewer, jalapeño bacon, and of course, a flamin’ hot and buffalo sauce rim. Whew, that’ll have ya burning up.

For a different flavor adventure, swing into TemptAsians in Eau Claire and order their Bloody Temple (available all the time, not just in February). Whipped up with the house Bloody Mary mix, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sriracha sauce, the cup is then rimmed with Tajin and topped off with an appetizer skewer: an egg roll, gyoza, and a crab rangoon.
