The runner up is no stranger to the Best Of poll: In addition to makeup, Barstow Beauty Bar (515 S. Barstow St., Suite 115, Eau Claire) offerings include spa and hair services. Rounding out the top three is The Hair Refinery (120 W. Grand Ave., Eau Claire), a boutique salon with a team of stylists ready to prep and pamper you for the big day.
