The Eau Claire Marathon organization has swiftly grown over the years, largely thanks to its central event of the same name. Just ahead of this year’s Eau Claire Marathon, slated for May 3, the award-winning Boston Qualifying course celebrates the addition of another Racecheck Gold Award.
Racecheck is a popular platform for race participants to read reviews of and leave their own feedback on running events across the globe. Eau Claire Marathon has earned several awards from the platform over the years; 2025 proved plentiful in that regard.
Eau Claire Marathon announced it earned five 2025 Racecheck Gold Awards for its marathon weekend event, hall-EAU-ween 5K, ho ho h-EAU 5K, xox-EAU 5K and f-EAU-rth of July 5K.
Collectively, the five award-winning races have 487 participant reviews on Racecheck, none averaging less than 4.7 stars out of five.
“There are no entry fees, no nominations, and no judging panels – just honest feedback from runners who crossed the finish line,” Eau Claire Marathon wrote online. “That means these awards truly reflect the experience our runners have on race day, and we couldn’t do it without this amazing community.”
The Eau Claire Marathon weekend will be packed with events beyond its full and half marathon, including a kids run, competitive walking division, virtual options and a number of “challenges” for participants, among others.
Registration for this year’s Eau Claire Marathon weekend is still open, with prices varying between each event category.
