Property Shoppe Realty

Putting Community First

Set yourself up for success with Shannyn Pinkert, Anthony Janicki & Property Shoppe Realty.

As a community-centric real estate firm, Property Shoppe Realty knows numbers aren’t everything, but it certainly doesn’t hurt to see the locally-owned firm has experience on their side. The Property Shoppe team has nearly 60 years of combined real estate experience, and between owners Shannyn Pinkert and Anthony Janicki — both long term Chippewa Vallians and UW-Eau Claire graduates — the duo has an additional 15 years of brokerage expertise.

Locals are likely to recognize Property Shoppe’s team members from a variety of volunteerism efforts with The Community Table, Eau Claire Children’s Theatre, and Feed My People; annual events including the Home & Garden Show, Family Fun Days at Connell’s Family Orchard, and parades — including the 2024 Pure Water Days parade, which the team was crowned for as Best Themed Float.

It isn’t surprising to see their dedicated community outreach and involvement after learning about the firm’s core pillars: Growth, Family, Connections, Community, Integrity, Support, and Passion.

“We love what we do and we love accomplishing goals together,” Shannyn said. “We are truly a family. Not only do we want our agents to feel like family, but most importantly our clients! Providing the highest level of customer service and building that level of trust is crucial, and goes beyond the transactions.”

As mentors to their 10-strong team of REALTORS®, Shannyn and Anthony are constantly encouraging the pursuit of professional development — be it through training, education, or community involvement — as part of their goal to set each other up for success.

“Our mentorship program provides each agent tools to help them grown their business the way they would like to grow, not how we want them to grow,” Anthony said.

“We love what we do and we love accomplishing goals together.”

“Anthony and I pride ourselves on mentoring our agents to help them create their desired level of business whether that is being a top producer or just being able to provide a second income at home,” Shannyn continued. “We do our best to support our agents’ goals and truly believe this helps us stand out.”

Shannyn said although our team of agents are competing for business, they are stronger together: Each person has different professional goals, passions, and connections. Property Shoppe celebrates both the big and small accomplishments, and aims to foster that family feeling in their relationships with clients and the community.

The Property Shoppe team has continued to grow over the past decade, both in number of agents and clients, largely due to the supportive environment fostered at the local firm. Most importantly, their dedication to community has remained central, and is reflected in their “why” statement: To build relationships so that, together, Property Shoppe can empower the community.
