Whether buying of selling, Sharon Lee can ease your anxiety about the real estate process.
As a mother of two ski jumpers, Sharon Lee knows all about riding the emotional ups and downs of watching her sons compete in the high-flying sport. The same can be said of her long career as a Realtor in the Chippewa Valley: Lee, owner of Lee Realty Group, understands that buying or selling a home can be stressful, and she’s prepared to help her clients stick the landing.
“There’s a lot of magic that happens in real estate,” she says, “and I love helping to facilitate that magic and being part of that process.”
Whether they are buying or selling, Lee wants to make her clients comfortable asking any question they have.
“I have a huge heart for people,” she says, “and I’m empathetic and I understand people’s situations and all the complexities related to that, such as finances, family, and goals.”

Before becoming a Realtor in 2011, Lee worked as a financial consultant, and a desire to help clients pursue financial security still motivates her. “I 100% believe in homeownership,” she says. “Actually, that’s the main reason why I sell real estate. Homeownership is essential for creating net worth. It is important to have ownership in a home in order to create wealth for themselves and stability of payments.”
Whether it’s working with first-time homebuyers, families who need bigger homes, seniors who are downsizing, or investors adding real estate to their financial portfolios, Lee is devoted to helping her clients find what they need.
“I am blessed with the quality and wonderful people who I’ve had the pleasure of working with over the years,” she says. “Whoever I get to assist with their real estate needs I consider it an honor and a privilege.”
Lee was born and raised in the Chippewa Valley, and graduated from both North High School and UW-Eau Claire, where she majored in political science and journalism.
“I do what I can to make the process as stress-free and fun and enjoyable as possible, and I think that has been why people enjoy working with me.”
After more than a decade in the real estate business, Lee started her own brokerage, which now includes fellow Realtors Erin Davy and Shannon O’Donahue. Lee has found that being independent allows her to provide more comprehensive services to clients, including more options on how to market her properties. For example, her office includes a Spanish-speaking agent and a licensed assistant who is fluent in Spanish as well.
“I personally love helping and training people to be successful, and so I’ve enjoyed training these agents to work as Realtors,” she says.
Above all, she enjoys serving clients and troubleshooting the sometimes complicated, stressful real estate process: Buyers, for example, may have to write multiple offers before they get one accepted. Then, the emotional high of getting an offer accepted can be followed by the rough terrain of the mortgage process. Because of her experience, Lee offers a steady hand to lead her clients to the best lenders and title companies.
“People understand that I will guide them and walk with them throughout the entire process, so they feel comfortable and understand it,” she says. “Having that trust from them is an honor and a privilege. And I make sure that I do everything I can to explain everything thoroughly and include some fun along the way.”
And some of that fun is enjoying — and promoting — all that the Chippewa Valley has to offer, from a vibrant music and cultural scene to great restaurants and outdoor opportunities. Above all, Lee loves the Chippewa Valley, where she believes there’s a house that’s right for everyone.
“I personally wouldn’t want to sell real estate anywhere except for here,” she says.
