In the past month, Katherine Lillie – the founder of Icon Realty – has welcomed two new “iconic” real estate agents to her pool of talents: Ryan Steines and Taylor Weiss.
Not only does this expansion strengthen the capacity of Icon Realty’s services, it offers the chance for other locals to “get-to-know” the brokerage’s community-centered approaches to real estate.
“There is more capacity to help more people,” Lillie said. “Ryan and Taylor joining were expansion moments; we are leaning into this idea of exploration.”
Weiss, a dual-content creator, small business owner – of Eaum Yoga + Fitness in Eau Claire – and real estate agent has been working in this industry for six-plus years. At Icon Realty, she envisions local, modern, strategic and creative connections in her partnerships with clients.
Steines, who equally possesses a diverse background – from experience as a firefighter and paramedic, to woodworking among other talents – brings his ability to understand human psychology, value and sales trends, and attention to detail as key contributions to Icon Realty.

“I love being able to lead and grow this business – and I’m just so grateful that there are enough people in our community that resonate with (Icon Realty) that I can just try different creative things,” Lillie said. “This isn’t just me anymore, it’s a ‘we’ type of thing.”
Both Weiss and Steines have already expanded Icon Realty’s reach outside of the Eau Claire area – into the pockets of the Chippewa Valley that spotlight the stories found within historic homes, scenic overlooks and more.
