In case you missed it, Mannheim Steamroller Christmas – arranged by nationally acclaimed composer Chip Davis – performed live on Dec. 12 at the Pablo Center at the Confluence (128 Graham Ave., Eau Claire).
Mannheim Steamroller, the musical group founded by Davis, has become known for revolutionizing the seasonal songs we know and love come Christmastime; the ensemble often features dozens of musicians performing with a myriad of orchestral instruments.
For nearly 40 years, families have made Mannheim Steamroller Christmas their holiday tradition, the Pablo Center shared online. This year, the Eau Claire performance featured dazzling holiday displays, timeless Christmas tunes – with a blend of classical, new age and rock genres – and beloved memories for attendees, that will surely last a lifetime.
