The Facebook group Eau Claire Foodies brings together over 14,000 foodies in the Chippewa Valley and beyond, who provide commentary, reviews, and general thoughts on the local food scene. Hundreds of these hungry folks gathered at Eau Claire’s Eau Juicy restaurant on Wednesday, Jan 12, to share their love of food and camaraderie. This was the first-ever real-life meetup of the online group, which has sparked plans for future meet-ups with games, trivia, and more.
