Eric Lee: Violence, Penitence, and the Very Old

On Friday, January 9, The Local Store and Volume One Gallery hosted the opening reception for Violence, Penitence, and the Very Old – featuring the artwork of Eau Claire's Eric Lee. Lee works primarily in oil in conjunction with a number of experimental techniques involving furniture satin, ashes, concrete, ignited gunpowder, digital components, and a variety of papers. His work is shown regularly throughout the midwest and in a number of private collections. The Volume One Gallery show will hang throughout January and February.
