Wellness Days for Hmong Elders

Each 4-hours wellness days includes an exercise class, healthy lunch, health-related presentations, and unstructured social time. Unexpected detours introduce them to southern hospitality along the way. Arriving at their vacation destination, a Tampa Bay resort hotel, they are treated to sightings of movie stars and cruise ships.

Marty Haggard: "My Dad" A Tribute to Merle Haggard

Marty Haggard’s love for his Dad and his music inspired him to begin a new project which he titled A Tribute To Merle Haggard “My Dad”, a two volume project with 27 songs in tribute to his father. Marty plans to continue the tribute to his Dad well into the future. As Marty’s song "Apple" proclaims, ”The Apple never falls too far from its tree”.
