Worst Intersection for Pedestrians
Taking an excursion to the Local Store is a great choice, but trying to cross anywhere on Farwell Street by foot is not; get ready to sprint. You often see students waiting to cross the intersection at Clairemont Avenue and Stein Boulevard – “waiting” is the key word. Being tardy for class may be a given. Walking is great exercise; trying to walk across the intersection of Hastings Way and Brackett Avenue is just an exercise in futility. – Diana Peterson
