Big Falls County Park (600 Big Falls Forest Road, Eau Claire) is an ideal place for a romantic picnic; all you have to do is lay out your big beach towel, eat your sandwiches, and gaze with wonder at the marvelous fast-flowing waterfalls and the surrounding forest. The Phoenix Park Bridge (330 Riverfront Terrace, Eau Claire) is a grand structure with changing lights at night and a view of the confluence of the Chippewa and Eau Claire rivers.
