Katherine Lillie evokes luxury experiences with her clients when purchasing, selling, and investing in your next home

For Katherine Lillie, Founder and AGENT OF Icon Realty (brokered by Chippewa Valley Real Estate), relationships with clients feel as personal and intentional as sharing a cup of coffee.
From her early days managing a coffee shop to the launch of her own practice, Katherine’s objective has always been consistent: to streamline processes and ensure a luxurious experience for all.
“When you are helping someone (order) a cup of coffee, you want to handle everything that possibly needs to be handled — so all they have to do is tell you what they want and get what they want,” Katherine said. “I want someone to be able to tell me what their real estate goal is, and that’s (exactly) what they get.”
Katherine began her real estate career in 2021, where she worked with a team of regional agents to understand client goals and hone in on her craft of simplifying complex topics in the industry.

In 2023, Katherine took a new leap to bring Icon Realty to life, and at the beginning of this year, joined Chippewa Valley Real Estate to have a locally based broker.
Whether you are ready to sell your current home, invest in real estate in the Chippewa Valley, or purchase your first home, Katherine collaborates with her team of lenders and administrators to deliver accessible services for clients who wish to invest in themselves — and gain valuable experiences in return.
During client sessions, she envisions more than just the sale; Katherine fosters valuable discussions about life in their prospective new home or investment property.
This visioning, she noted, is often prompted by “thinking about (your) surroundings and other components of humanity that exist in your day to day life… (and) what else is important for people besides bedroom, bathroom, price.”
Born and raised in Fall Creek, Katherine also understands the value that comes with investing back into the local community. She believes Icon Realty will become more than just a real estate agency, as she helps clients discover new possibilities based on their comfort, security, surroundings, and desired quality of life.
“I am getting really clear on what value I provide to other agents,” Katherine said. “If we want (Icon Realty’s) branding to be really consistent, that includes having the right people.
“I see Icon Realty as like a step on the staircase of a business that hits on a lot of different areas (with) community as a (core) theme,” Kathering added. “The environments that we are in, the conversations we have, the people we surround ourselves with; there are so many things that are really important when we are building our life.”
“You don’t get a luxury level experience because you made a sale. Making the sale is the result of the luxury level experience.”
Icon Studios, an extension of Katherine’s realty ventures, brings this mission and vision together. Through intimate conversations over dinner — or day-long retreats in tranquil spaces — the Icon Studios series intentionally sets “depth over breadth,” she said.
Over time, she envisions strategic — highly curated — spaces that will welcome diverse, real-world experiences and encourage open conversation among curious minds of the Chippewa Valley.
“Many people have this mindset that if something is strategically planned, (that) structure takes away magic,” Katherine added. “But what if it is both? What if planning and structure gives us the foundation so that the magic — or wherever the conversation flows — just leaves us fulfilled.”
As Icon Realty looks to the future, Katherine continues to be reminded of the foundations which established her drive to invest in both her community and clients. She believes a real estate career will not only enrich her life, but also provide clients with an unparalleled experience — much like the luxurious first sip of your favorite seasonal beverage.
“You don’t get a luxury level experience because you made a sale,” Katherine said. “Making the sale is the result of the luxury level experience.”
