Courtney Kneifl’s not-so-secret weapons? Exclusive, far-reaching digital marketing and a down‑to‑earth style

The last time we chatted with local Courtney Kneifl, she had just launched her own business: Luxe Realty. Now approaching the one-year mark since Luxe Realty’s founding, she isn’t where she thought she’d be.

“I wasn’t expecting it to be like this,” Courtney said during a recent open house. “This is the biggest year I’ve had since starting my career in real estate, which is so exciting — and affirming.”

After earning her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies, Courtney originally imagined pursuing a law career. Then she fell in love with real estate and the Chippewa Valley.

Having lived all throughout the northern half of the nation thanks to a military family upbringing, Courtney landed in the Valley years ago with her parents before settling in Fall Creek with her husband and children.

Not born and raised in the area, her network was built by making one-on-one connections with locals and with realtors outside the Valley who offered a unique perspective on professional growth.

As soon as she was able to — after two years working as a realtor — Courtney earned her broker license. In 2024, she decided took the leap, going all in on herself and launching Luxe Realty.

Luxe Realty is purposefully a one-woman, one-stop shop; clients know she offers more than standard service and gets things done.

For those numbers-oriented individuals, the proof is found in client feedback and smart, stand-out marketing strategy. That includes an extreme attention to detail, exemplified by the above-and-beyond care Courtney puts into each home she takes on.

“I spend about 40 hours on marketing strategy and output — per home,” she said. “In this market, especially lately, every detail truly matters. For me, part of that is in its staging.”

Courtney frequently pays out of pocket to bring properties to life. “The house should look perfect, smell perfect, and the yard has to look great,” she said. “I’ll pay for local landscapers and decorators to do that, and that’s because I have skin in the game alongside my clients.

“I don’t just put up a sign outside and list a home through MLS. My marketing team and I can do it all, and do it differently,” Courtney said. “Every single one of the homes I put on the market gets an individual walk-through video, and I share content ranging from current real estate news to personal stories and more.”

A scroll through Courtney’s social medias is likely not what you’d expect from a realtor or broker. Perhaps for that very reason, her videos are consistently garnering anywhere from 25,000 to 75,000 unique views, specifically targeting key locations and demographics in order to reach the right people.

And clients aren’t the only ones who have taken note of Courtney’s down-to-earth style and natural ability to connect, both face-to-face and through a screen. In 2025, Courtney took her business to the next level; after being approached by Eau Claire-based C&M Home Builders, Courtney became the longtime business’s official partner broker.

Luxe Realty, which specializes in residential real estate — working with those looking to buy or sell — is an extension of who Courtney is. For her, community as it at the center of everything, and that value is echoed by C&M Home Builders.

“By partnering with C&M, I can work with people looking to build a brand-new home; new construction is something I have added to my tool belt,” Courtney said. “C&M is deeply involved in the community, which they knew I aligned with; as people and as business owners, we aligned, and now, we can offer a truly full-service experience to clients.”

This winter, Luxe Realty will celebrate its one-year anniversary. Looking to the future, Courtney will continue to meet people where they’re at — from first-time buyers and sellers to those looking to build their own home.
