Fall Fun: Govin’s Farm Opens For Autumn Season

Raise your hand if you love fall festivities! This Saturday, Sept. 25, from 10am-5pm, Govin’s Farm in Menomonie is set to open for the season. With an assortment of fun activities for all age groups, owners John and Julie Govin are excited to welcome you.

Some of the annual fall festivities slated at the farm will include an 11-acre corn maze, corn pit, wagon rides, pumpkin cannons, and more. The concession stand will serve up yummy autumn-inspired snacks and beverages, such as apple cider, donuts, warm pretzels, brats, and burgers.

Don’t forget to check out some of the exciting special events coming up this fall at Govin’s Farm, such as their Round Bale Decorating Contest on Sunday, Sept. 26, with a chance to win a $100 Visa gift card, and on Saturday, Oct. 2, a Mental Health Luminary Walk to raise funds for local mental health organizations.

Beginning Saturday, Sept. 25, Govin’s Farm will be open every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through Oct. 30. Admission is $5.25 plus tax for children ages 2-4 and $12 plus tax for everyone ages 5 and above. Govin’s Haunted Trail will be open 6-10pm on Friday and Saturday nights in October for $15 plus tax.
