I’m excited to announce we’re adding another full-time position at Volume One. We are now hiring a Bookkeeper/Office Manager to add to our business team. The basics are this: We need a financially and administratively skilled person to help us continually improve and grow. It’s a multi-faceted role and an exciting development for our whole squad, as the person who fills it will become a key player in the community-oriented operations of our organization. With the addition of this new gig, between both V1 and the Local Store we’ve now surpassed the 25-employee mark, which means when my wife and I make all the pancakes at this year’s Pre-Thanksgiving Volume One Staff Breakfast, it’s going to be all the more challenging (and rewarding). To get to work on this community and our business every day with more than 25 talented and ambitious Eau Clarians is a privilege, and that’s something I think about every year around Thanksgiving.
