Scatterbrain Coffee roast their own organic coffee in-house, as well as their made-from-scratch soups, homemade local artisan bread, and baked goods (cinnamon rolls, pies, scones, cookies). They sell local meats, local cheese, and local produce as well as Olson's ice cream. They’ve started selling their bread and dressings whole sale and will soon be selling house-made coffee syrups that will also be available to purchase. Ask about the free cookie or cinnamon roll on your birthday and check out their daily specials: Monday: biscuits and gravy; Tuesday: loaded baked potato and brownie; Wednesday: caramel rolls; Thursday: Waffle of the Week (new flavors weekly) and coffee cake; Friday: cream puffs ; Saturday: bread pudding; Sunday: muffins.
