California Tacos grew in popularity as a food truck over the past couple of years and recently opened a storefront on Water Street in the old Water St. Deli & Grocery building in 2023. Known for their delicious birria and unique entrees like birria ramen and asada fries, the family business offers take-out and dine-in options. California Tacos is open Tuesday-Thursday from 11am-8pm, Friday-Saturday from 11am-9pm, and Sundays from 11am-6pm unless otherwise stated on their Facebook page.
